Carpet Superstore

Trent at the carpet superstore was super to deal with, convinced us to change one of our selections because we could get something that would be more durable and only cost a little more.

Other thanks

Bob Botkin has been super to deal with. he has given us some super advice, helped find the source of crickets... Thanks. To the best of my knowledge Bob has not been paid completely for the work he did for Iain.

Thanks to Rob Lakeman and family, he also assisted in getting our house done by providing a professional's opinion on what was wrong they also helped out in getting the siding up as well as a host of other work.

Thanks to all the workers with Town and Country who worked on our house to the best of their abilities even though I understand they were not getting paid regularly, our house could be a lot worse off than it is.

I would love to be proven wrong about Iain, I am generally a very trusting person who tries to think the best of people. I gave Iain many, many chances, fought with Tara about his decency and abilites but time and time again his behavior portrayed him as self centred and greedy. The incident that sticks out in my mind is from right before we fired him. Iain could not remember that the cupboards were crooked, even though we had told him about 400 times, but he knew to the penny how much was outstanding on the contract. To me this shows that he does not care about customer satisfaction or quality of workmanship, all he cares about is money. If you have evidence that Iain was the victim I would love to see it. I would also love to see pictures of your improvements. I have removed some comments that were negative towards Iain because people refused to give evidence and I will do the same with your comments too unless you can back them up.
