This entry is about our first  lawyer. You want to make sure that your lawyer is competant, I am not saying that our lawyer is not competant but make sure your lawyer is good and never fall into the trap that it is easier to use the same lawyer.

Helpful hint #1. Pay your lawyer a retainer, do not sign a blanket contract that says he will work for X dollars per hour. when the retainer runs out you can decide if ou want more work done that way you are only out the retainer.

Helpful hint #2.  When other lawyers say your lawyer is a pain it is not a compliment, dump them and get a new one.
